Ken, along with his two daughters, developed a residential mortgage company which is later sold to SEFCU Mortgage Services and is now one of the largest lenders in the state. Dean DeVito partners with Ken to develop future business to include commercial real estate, commercial funding, property management, development of apartments, offices, retail, and residential subdivisions. Several of the residential subdivisions include Red Rock Estates, Travers Meadows, Country Club Estates, Crimson Park, Jordon Estates, Lake Meadows and Neilson Landing in addition to the ground-up development of the Riverwalk on the Hudson apartment community. Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate is formed. Continued developing apartment communities throughout the Capital Region, including Oak Hill, Shelter Cove, Rivers Edge, Waters View, Pavilion Grand, Electric City, Hudson Square, The Hamlet and The Delaware, as well as repositioning existing complexes. Prime also continued the development of approximately 500 residential housing units in North Greenbush, Colonie, Syracuse and Rochester.
