Prime (keepmeprime.com) is a men’s health care movement and brand that empowers us to increase our confidence throughout the curveball that life throws everyone: the aging process. Our goal is to help men understand how cutting-edge optimization and longevity practices can extend our Prime as our bodies and mind begin undergoing a series of changes from our early 30’s onwards. We believe that a proactive approach to re-engineering our health by shattering traditional mindsets can help us improve (by current standards), both mentally and physically, as we get older. This gives us the strength to focus on the people we love rather than the side gut creeping up on us. Our first project will be an educational site coming in November 2018 that organizes all of the new therapies, techniques, tools, clinics, and philosophies in one place.
