Started in 2004, Prime Group is a multidisciplinary organization with its major business holding in real estate and contracting. Real estate holdings include commercial centers, residential towers and villas and industrial centers. Its growing portfolio in the Kuwait market has been the backbone of operations in recent history. Contracting mainly to the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fisheries (PAAF), Prime Group has sustained its 1st degree status as a prime contractor for the authority. Holding projects such as Garden District (GD) 9, GD 1, and more, its abilities in performing large projects is unmatched and its reputation in the market is one of its key strengths. Further, Prime Group has been a major subcontractor for landscaping, hardscaping and infrastructure works for highly reputable companies such as Ahmadiah Contracting Company, Bayan Contracting Company, Mushref Contracting Company and Al Kharafi National Contracting Company. Projects include the extremely prestigious Hussa Al Mubarak District on Gulf Road irrigation and infrastructure, Barayeh Al Salem in Salmiya, interchanges 211 and 239, Ghous Street infrastructure and a number of important projects. Prime Group's experience also extends to working with the US military in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq from the years of 2004 through to 2012 to build high-spec buildings, hangars and other specialized structures. In Dubai and in Abu Dhabi Prime Group has a subsidiary that operates in the same fields of construction, landscaping, hardscaping, infrastructure and other construction-related works. The company is backed by one of the largest real estate developers in the country due to its work, operational capacity and commitment to its field. Prime Group has established an in-house design firm that caters to commercial projects, designing some of the most iconic restaurants, gyms and other retail establishments in the country. This division both designs and constructs the projects it procures.
