The National College of Art & Design | Coláiste Náisiúnta Ealaíne is Deartha, Dublin, is Ireland’s leading provider of art and design education. Our campus on Thomas Street in Dublin’s historic city centre is home to a community of 1,500 undergraduate, graduate and part-time students engaged in a wide range of study and research across the disciplines of Design, Education, Fine Art and Visual Culture. The Abbey Theatre is Ireland's National Theatre. The Abbey Theatre, founded by W.B. Yeats and Lady Gregory, first opened its doors in 1904 to ‘bring upon the stage the deeper thoughts and emotions of Ireland’.
