Primary Care Physio is a trusted NHS clinical service partner delivering fully managed services across primary care, community and neighbourhood settings. We support over 200 Primary Care Networks across 37+ Integrated Care Boards, delivering more than 1 million NHS appointments annually through a team of 370+ directly employed clinicians. Our services include First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP), MSK, mental health, podiatry, frailty, women’s health, pain management and work & wellbeing - embedded within primary care, community and neighbourhood settings. All clinicians are directly employed by Primary Care Physio. We do not subcontract clinical delivery. Our services operate within robust clinical governance frameworks, including structured supervision and Health Education England Roadmap compliance where applicable. We partner with ICBs, PCNs and GP federations to: • Improve patient access • Reduce pressure on general practice • Deliver the right care at first contact • Strengthen neighbourhood health models • Provide sustainable workforce capacity With 80%+ frontline staff retention and a Friends & Family Test consistently above 95%, our focus is long-term, accountable service delivery
