Pride Point Limited: Consulting, Coaching, Cultivating Pride Point helps organisations close the LGBTQIA+ domestic harm gap by making their policies, practices, and cultures safer for all LGBTQIA+ people affected. We do this by training practitioners, teaching young people, and reshaping the systems and policies around them so safety is built in, not left to chance. We focus on turning good intentions into clear, practical systems that protect people in real life, not just on paper. Pride Point brings together doctoral-level research into LGBTQIA+ domestic abuse and coercive control with lived experience and frontline understanding. This means our work is both evidence based and grounded in reality. We know the theory, and we know how it plays out in people’s lives and in services. We support organisations through three main strands: Strategic Consulting: Reviewing and building policies, procedures, and frameworks so they genuinely work for LGBTQIA+ people. Expert Coaching & Training: Upskilling teams, leaders, practitioners, and educators to recognise risk, respond safely, and feel confident in their practice. Culture Change & Support: Helping organisations embed everyday habits, language, and systems that uphold equity, safety, and integrity over the long term.
