Price Information

Originally founded by Floyd Price, in 1977, the Firm has provided legal services to Manatee County and beyond for over 35 years. The Firm was originally located on 14th Street West. Floyd Price partnered with his brother, Dale Price, in 1979. Floyd, a litigation attorney and Dale, primarily an estate planning and real estate attorney, built a practice that was founded on integrity, honesty and care for the client. The Firm was relocated to its present location, 2400 Manatee Avenue West, in 1987. Floyd Price and Dale Price have since retired but continue to serve in the capacity “of counsel” for the Firm. Scott Hamilton originally joined the Firm in 1994 and has been the Senior Litigation Partner since 1998. James (“Jim”) Price, son of Floyd Price, joined the Firm in 2000 and has been a Partner with the Firm since 2005. Scott and Jim practice primarily in the area of civil litigation specializing in personal injury and construction litigation. Ron Witt has been associated with the Firm through a joint venture since January 2012 and practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate and trust administration, corporations and guardianships. Scott, Jim and Ron, as well as the Firm’s associates and support staff, recognize and appreciate the history and well respected reputation the Firm has earned throughout the years and continue to strive to reach the best result possible for their clients through integrity, honesty and care.
