PreVeteran is a standardized workforce transition system designed to address a long-standing gap across military transition, workforce development, and student veteran support. For decades, these challenges have been treated as separate problems—solved through disconnected programs, late-stage interventions, and outdated assumptions about how work actually functions outside the military. PreVeteran CORE provides the missing operating context that service members, veterans, employers, and institutions need to navigate modern enterprise environments with clarity and continuity. The system is applied across three domains: • Pre-Separation Training — equipping service members before they exit the military with the operating context most programs introduce too late • Workforce Development — helping employers and workforce systems better integrate, retain, and develop military-connected talent • Student Veteran Training — aligning higher education support with how careers actually unfold, not how they’re traditionally advised PreVeteran is NOT a course, resume program, or career coaching service. It's a system-level reframe designed to reduce cognitive friction, improve readiness, and create continuity across the entire military-to-workforce lifecycle. PreVeteran partners with employers, higher education institutions, and workforce leaders who recognize that solving these challenges requires more than incremental fixes—it requires a new operating model.
