Prevent Information

Prevent is a multidisciplinary institute which seeks to minimise occupational risks by promoting the quality of working conditions and by improving work organisation. The institute is active in research and supports, advises and informs companies and institutions, as well as workplace-accident insurance companies, external occupational prevention and protection services, professional associations, the social partners, authorities and other players in society. Exchanging information and experiences between institutes and creating synergies allows us to rationalise knowledge development initiatives and to develop new safety tools more effectively. For many years, Prevent has been involved in collaboration at European and international level, which has resulted in an increasing number of practical projects.
