Present Materials Information

Present Materials: We're on a mission to free yoga from plastic. Yoga aligns us with the Earth - but most yoga products are made from plastic and harm our planet. We're here to change that. Present Materials is a collective effort to transform yoga’s materiality. To reconnect sustainable intentions with reality - replacing fossil-fuel derived practice aids with Earth-friendly, high-performing alternatives. Our sustainable yoga block is ready to (hand) stand out. A cardboard pioneer awakening us to the ubiquitous plastic presence. Bringing the previously peripheral into sharp relief. Recycled, recyclable and all-natural. Grounded in materiality We understand the material implications at every stage of an item's life - design to disposal. We pay attention to the details so you can help to change the bigger picture. You’ll see this in our bio-based materials selection, the way we optimize product lifespan, and how we design for low-impact shipping and recycling. We’re not promising to save the planet single-handedly (we’d need your help for that), but we’re working to redress the balance. Join us on our mission to build a more synergistic relationship between yoga practice materials and the environment. As yoga intended.
