The Prescreenr recruiting platform allows your company to manage the prescreening of candidates end-to-end and perform simpler and repeatable automated prescreening interviews of candidates. This allows you to save time and money upfront vetting candidates before investing the valuable time of HR, managers and candidates performing first-round interviews. The Prescreenr platform also allows the candidate flexibility to schedule the prescreening interview outside of working hours since the interview is automated. Via Prescreenr, you create a job profile, configure questions relevant to prescreening for the job and invite candidates to apply for the job via professional email communication. The candidate then fills out their resume, provides telephone information and schedules a time for their phone interview. When the phone interview time arrives, the Prescreenr platform will automatically call the candidate, ask the configured questions and record the candidates responses. The candidate may also reschedule the prescreening at their convenience. Once the prescreening is complete, you will be notified via email and on your Prescreenr dashboard that results from the candidate are available. You and your team will be able to review the responses as audio recordings and as transcriptions, comment on responses and score the candidate (this feedback won't be visible to the candidate via Prescreenr). A report of this review can also be generated and used for future reference as part of next-level interviews.
