PREPP is a one call resource for getting your listings market ready. Instead of you trying to coordinate multiple contractors on behalf of your clients, you make one call to PREPP, and we handle all the project management. We’re not a renovation company. We do the cosmetic work to get your listings ready to photograph beautifully, show superbly, and sell quickly for top dollar. We also offer a pay-at-closing option, so your client doesn’t have to use their cash or credit cards.
