Preno is an online web-based management system which benefits small businesses, sole traders, free lancers and the general public. It benefits businesses and the general public in different but still very beneficial ways. The Preno idea is ‘Booking should be simple, easy and quick’ so that’s what we have produced, a simple, quick booking system that is in one place. It’s simple really! Traders sign up to Preno completely FREE, advertise their products/services on their own company page and customers can make appointments on their page. Customers also sign up for FREE, they can search for different types of traders from electricians to hairdressers and book appointments in a matter of seconds! No need for phone calls and emails, just simple, easy and quick bookings. Preno also reduces missed appointments, no shows and last minute phone calls. Automatic SMS messages are sent to both the trader and customer a day before as a light reminder of the appointment. Additionally Preno wipes out the calls and emails to confirm bookings which can waste valuable time, to confirm an appointment all the customer has to do is send a text to Preno and we will do the rest. Obviously this SMS comes at a small cost but we think the whole service can become an amazing service for both the trader and customer!
