Most modern workers, no matter the size of their company, are confonted to scaring transformations in the work place. Things are getting faster, new complex technologies are introduced and most people need to keep up with the change while doing more with less. A lot of these changes are brought by aggressive Startups on the other side of the world, Startups which live for speed and are tailored to adapt to changes. They create cheaper services, more exciting tools and are not afraid to lose before winning. Where these companies strive most other companies struggle. In more established companies we all can feel that what worked a decade ago already look obsolete. Without proper training, without proper working methods their internal energy decrease and they end up feeling dry. So how can we train and motivate people who are trapped in a constant stream of tasks, to-do lists, emails, deadlines and strategies coming from the top? By tapping into the Startup world, PRENDE designed a method is adapted to established companies to help workers reconnect with their company, to help managers reconnect with their colleagues and help everyone feel better as part of a larger organisation. We developed a series of trainings and practical exercises based on modern Startup work practices such as DESIGN THINKING, LEAN and AGILE.
