Premium 72, LP (Partnership): This legal entity is the Hedge Fund.  It trades the Limited Partner’s Capital (Clients) and the General Partner’s Capital (OPC, LLC).  Hedge Fund accounts are only for Qualified Investors. 2. OPC, LLC:  This is the General Partner of the Hedge Fund, and runs all the operations as well as places trades for the Hedge Fund 3.
