Cloud Based PreLink Medical Solutions is a South African software product of Gencode cc Software Consulting, a registered B-BBEE LEVEL 2 close corporation of South Africa. There are several challenges involved with installing applications on computers – namely: user account permissions, different operating system compatibilities, required frameworks and software, pushing/downloading software updates on every PC, etc. preLink adopted new technology by creating an innovative end to end Cloud based LIMS SaaS offering. This means that our clients can securely access the system from any computer or mobile device with a modern browser. No software installation required to access the system. Hosted in a central location, the system can be accessed from your remote screening depots and satellite laboratories. The system features: A paperless lab order system Auto reporting options via email, sms or remote print Mobile Website Clients can login to our lightweight and responsive website that is specifically designed for mobile devices. It adjusts to the user’s device and resolution to provide a standard interface across all mobile devices – namely: laptops, cellular devices, tablets. By default, the client is shown all requests that have been captured for them over the past 72 hours. The client is then able to search for requests based on patient name, surname, id number or folio/file number (which is a client reference number). The view request page will show all patient, guarantor, orders, test results and comments for the selected request.   EDI Interfaces After a request is signed off and the request contains a client with an EDI type, preLink will automatically generate and send the result report to the EDI endpoint.
