Preferred Property Program is an MGA/Program Administrator for a number of A Rated Insurance Carriers specializing in the habitational marketplace. Primarily for Condominium Associations, Home Owners Associations and Apartment Owners. We offer high limit follow form umbrellas for the habitational marketplace with limits available from $5,000,000 to $50,000,000 as program administrators for XL Insurance Group. We also offer Environmental Impairment Liability Policies with limits of $250,000; $500,000 and $1,000,000 with XL. We currently offer low limit follow form umbrellas from 1-5 million with Chubb Group of Companies. We have an equipment breakdown program for: Habitational Accounts, Restaurants and Hotels/Motels as well.
