Preferred Home Care Providers (PHCP) is a home health care agency that serves the seven-county Denver metro area. PHCP offers a broad scope of medical and non-medical health care services from licensed, experienced registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, certified nurses aids and personal care workers. At PHCP, our goals is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by actively partnering with the physician, family, patient and community to provide a comprehensive and individualized plan of care that will support and promote an independent and healthy lifestyle.
