We also travel and engage with diverse customers globally (our average travel rate is 42 weeks a year), enabling us to see what is working and what is not, on a global spectrum and in all markets. This allows us to be your conduit of best practices we observed working... and those that look good on paper. It is also of value to know that our Instructional Designers are sales professionals first. 2 Active Engagement We are not about death by PowerPoint and workbooks. Attendees often comment that they appreciate the fact we quickly and continuously connect every key concept to their real world.
