Desert Hills Precision Systems, Inc. focuses on upgrades and repairs of Kensington Labs, Inc. robotic systems. We repair and refurbish ALL Kensington systems including both current systems and legacy systems. We have developed streamlined solutions for upgrading operating systems to increase system power and productivity. We have a state-of-the art optical system that upgrades seamlessly to any Kensington robotic system. We are also experts in mechanical and electrical repair of sorters, flatfinders, controllers, stages, actuators and optical systems. We provide exceptional diagnostic services, repairs and refurbishment. Desert Hills Precision Systems is located in Phoenix, Arizona and has provided customized robotic solutions to semiconductor processors all over the world. Our technical staff brings over 30 years of repair and design experience in robotics to the semiconductor industry. Our mission is to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service at the lowest cost to our customers. James L. Creamer is the founder and current owner of Desert Hills Precision Systems, Inc. Educated at Purdue University, Jim took on increased responsibilities in the technical areas at Kensington Labs, Inc. during his career. From 1995 through 2006, Jim held positions as Field Services Engineer, Field Services Supervisor and Service Manager. In 2006 Jim founded DHPSYS to fill the gap in serving Kensington legacy equipment. During that time the company has grown to 5 employees including engineering and technical staff with expertise in all of Kensington equipment. Current staff has significant expertise in the semiconductor and robotics industry and specifically with the design and development of Kensington Labs' product line.
