Precision Envelope Sealing Information

Precision Envelope Sealing is New Brunswick’s certified AeroBarrier provider, specializing in advanced, computer-controlled air sealing for new homes and multi-unit buildings. As a division of Radon Repair Inc., our team combines building science expertise with proven technology to help builders, developers, and homeowners achieve airtightness targets and comply with the latest energy codes. What We Do: We use AeroBarrier—an innovative, automated air sealing system—to locate and seal leaks throughout the building envelope in a single process. Using a blower door and smart controls, we measure and reduce air leakage in real time, achieving precise results down to your target ACH50 (Air Changes per Hour at 50 Pascals). Why It Matters: With New Brunswick’s adoption of the 2020 National Building Code and Tier 2 energy performance standards, airtightness has never been more important. Our process helps builders reliably meet or exceed code requirements (as low as 2.5–3.0 ACH50) and even reach Passive House levels (0.6 ACH50). The result: more comfortable, energy-efficient homes, reduced HVAC sizing, and lower long-term costs. Our Advantage: Only AeroBarrier dealer in New Brunswick Certified and experienced team (AeroBarrier-trained, Certified Radon Mitigators and Certified Master Inspectors) Fast, one-day installs with measurable, documented results Introductory pricing for builders and developers Local expertise—no extra travel costs, quick response Let’s Build Better, Together.
