QB was founded by Jonathan Klemm in 2020 in the midst of a global pandemic. Klemm leaned into his faith and listened to the guidance of his family and friends to dream big. Having worked for one of the top general contractors in the country, Walsh Construction, for the past decade, Klemm has utilized his experiences to help form a company and culture focused on an inclusive team environment that builds camaraderie inside the workplace. In 1985, Dave VanDyke founded Precision Construction as a residential and commercial contractor. Today the company has expanded to constructing luxury housing communities, shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, hotels, shopping centers, student housing, churches and other commercial spaces. Our corporate headquarters are located in Highland, Indiana and serves as a location for all business operations, we are licensed in both Indiana and Illinois. Our company is known for the design and building of luxury homes. We pride ourselves in having the most reasonable price for our customers. In addition to high quality construction. Precision Construction has been involved in medium to large commercial projects including land planning and development.
