PRECISE Inspections, Inc. are a locally owned and operated inspection company right here in Northwest Georgia, servicing the entire Tennessee Valley for Home Inspections, Commercial Property Inspections, Radon Testing, Water Infiltration Inspections and overall Property Consultations. We have been in business since 2005 and have serviced over 3,000 happy clients since we opened our doors! Our specialty is being able to process many systems at once or as a whole which gives us a HUGE advantage over our competition who come from the construction industry where it is taught and acceptable "get by" with short cuts or cutting corners. We inspect systems by "the book"! We don't cut corners and we don't look at defects with the "well that should work" mentality of the tradesman.
