Precast Systems' sister company, Nitterhouse Concrete Products, became the third franchisee of Superior Walls of America, Ltd. in July, 1987. Since then, Precast Systems, LLC was formed to produce Superior Walls products and has received recognition by Superior Walls of America for producing high quality products. In 2002, Precast Systems, LLC received a quality assurance award from Superior Walls of America, Ltd.
