Preamble is a longevity and preventive medicine clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our mission is clear: catch health problems before they catch us. Founded by Dr. Jesse Greer, MD, we go well beyond the annual physical. Every client gets deep testing: executive physicals, VO2 max testing, DEXA body composition, metabolic testing, wearable integration, and advanced blood diagnostics. From there we build a plan that starts with lifestyle.
