PRE-TEC, a Division of The Willamette Valley Company, is a powerful team of innovative, take-charge individuals who know how to change ideas into reality. We ensure we understand the customer's needs and produce the solutions to address the needs. Products have evolved into flexible solutions that have stood the test of time. Repeat requests for self-contained cells have allowed PRE-TEC to develop “pre-engineered” platforms for specific applications, while custom engineering efforts have produced leading edge solutions. We design and build turn-key solutions using multi-axis robot arms, custom end-of-arm tooling, conveyance systems, and safety hardware. At Pre-Tec we have a specialized process that helps our team meet our customer's needs. We begin with a project review to look at concepts with you using simulation tools that let you envision a solution in your facility before a purchase order is issued. Then our team of design engineers provide personalized service, partnering with your project manager to develop solutions specific to your thermal or material handling requirements. Quotes are provided to aid companies with their capital budgeting process. Once the quotes have been approved, the custom systems are fully assembled, tested, and validated in our Eugene, Oregon facility and are approved by the customer before they are delivered.
