Pre-skilling Information

Pre-skilling makes change by allowing young people with ambitions, passions and dreams to flourish early. Young people in primary school, secondary school, polytechnics and universities are in the education system day after day. They should become the best version of this system, and should not become the best version of themselves. From today we are committed to drastically change this course. Young people still have a high degree of open-mindedness, are incredibly creative, and have not yet been hindered by frameworks from disciplines, rules or conventions. Each of them forms unworked diamonds and together they form a treasure chest with enormous potential. Entrepreneurship is about seeing opportunities and seizing opportunities. There are 4,871,763 young people up to the age of 25 in the Netherlands. These are 4,871,763 opportunities. They will make a change in 5 years' time, in turn they see opportunities that go beyond digitization, beyond robotization and perhaps even beyond Artificial Intelligence. If you want to stay ahead of the change, you will need to work with the people who will make the change.
