Real growth in villages comes from how systems work together. This thought grew from a simple realisation - a system cannot thrive in isolation. Gaps in energy, water, sanitation, health and livelihoods directly shape how villages grow. And so, we began working alongside communities, shifting the conversation on development from service delivery to stewardship through the Integrated Village Development Model (IVDP). We invest in people to lead their own transformation. Building local leadership, strengthening civic awareness, and supporting collective action. We start at the school. Because it is belongs to everyone. In under four years, we have reached over 15,000 people across seven states: Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Bihar, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. Our work continues to evolve across regions, grounded in local context and practice. With the school always at our heart.
