Prana Partners provides accomplished part-time or interim Financial Controllers and Bookkeepers and part-time or project-based skilled Executive Search Admins and Research Assistants to companies nationwide. Our lead Partners employ a hands-on management style, personally selecting team members to most effectively step into our clients’ specific industry and work environment. We commit ourselves to our clients’ needs and culture with the intent of making a difference from day one. We bring decades of expertise to businesses in all phases of their life cycle. Our mission is to bring clarity and solutions to our clients through focused communication, reliable action plans, and dedicated follow through. We believe that collaboration brings the best results – our clients work with one focused Controller and/or Bookkeeper who then has access to the expertise and skill sets of all our other team members. Prana Partners’ part-time and interim Controllers and Bookkeepers bring years of hands-on financial support to our clients. Each of our Financial Services team members has a mastery of at least one area of business, such as retail, professional services, manufacturing or healthcare. In addition, each one has a command of at least one secondary industry, thus supporting our holistic view of client financial management. Our Executive Admin team brings highly trained, specialized interim and project-based support to the Executive Search industry. Additionally, our team includes research assistants, trained to support to executive search client teams, thus increasing search profit margins. Our philosophy is flow – once we’re working with a client, we move production and day-to-day jobs along to keep client projects flowing forward. The Prana Partners’ team consists of problem solvers.
