Prairie west Ice Cream Inc. currently produces 13 different flavours of ice cream and our research team continues to test new ingredients to expand our flavour offering. Our vision at Prairie West Ice Cream is to expand our customer base, and in turn create new business relationships, as well as open up new job opportunities to establish a stronger economy in Manitoba. The main focus of Prairie West Ice Cream’s business has always been to produce quality private branded products for our Canadian customer base. As we grow, we wish to continue our working relationship with our current customers as well as secure new business relationships for the future growth of our company. Our product line is currently sold in 1.5 & 2 litre cartons (bricks), 4 litre pails, as well as 11.4 litre tubs. At this time, we are interested in expanding our current lines, but still open to discuss new ideas and sizing to our other lines as well. Prairie West Ice Cream is BRC Certified and governed under the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. We are committed to producing and distributing quality products that are wholesome, safe, and sanitary in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Federal and Provincial Food, Drug and Health regulations.
