Kathleen Mills is the founder and CEO of Life Tree Counseling Center, Inc. (est. 1992) an outpatient mental health counseling center. Life Tree is known it’s referral sources for its efficient delivery of care to its client base, which includes individuals utilizing self-pay option, insurance and/or EAP benefits.
