In most professional services firms, the ability to win and develop high-value client relationships sits with a small number of people. That shapes what the firm is worth and what it could become. Practice Edge works with firm leaders to make client development less dependent on the same few people and more consistently practised across the firm. We work with firm leaders, partners and their teams, and the next generation of leaders who will shape what the firm becomes. The work combines peer learning, group coaching and applied learning, built around real client situations and conversations. Participants develop the skills and behaviours behind more valuable client relationships and bring new thinking back into the firm. We have worked with global networks of professional services firms, reaching more than 200 member firms worldwide, and run programmes for emerging leaders across different countries. Within individual firms, a focused programme changed how partners approached existing client relationships, opening advisory conversations that were not previously part of the relationship.
