Inward Bound offers counseling, consultation/coaching, and training with the express purpose of compassionately helping couples, families, and individuals find their way into the relationships they long for. Seeking to restore the lines of broken communication and frustration that often interfere with relationships, Inward Bound provides a regulated and intentional environment to heal old wounds, strengthen relationships, and expand the possibilities for deeper intimacy.

Founded in 1991 by Jim DuVal, The Mindful Center is a private business with teachers in Albuquerque (Michelle DuVal) Santa Fe (Kate Reynolds) and Knoxville, TN (Claudio Barrientos). Since its inception, The Mindful Center has devoted itself to teaching mindfulness meditation for health, healing, and stress reduction with an approach that is non-religious and evidence-based. Our model is to partner with the finest medical institutions and community organizations that are serving the public with a commitment to the highest standards for health, healing and well-being. Currently, The Mindful Center is partners with The University of New Mexico Center for Life, The New Mexico Heart Institute, The Presbyterian Healthplex, Evolutions Family Counseling, Christus St. Vincent, and Provision Health & Performance. The Mindful Center also works directly with various corporations and organizations that are seeking to promote a culture of wellness through mindfulness for their employees and management through our Mindfulness Based Workplace Workshops.
