Practical Process Improvement® Information

Practical Process Improvement® (PPI) is dedicated to using practical, proven strategies and techniques to improve processes with a focus on solutions that deliver bottom line results quickly. PPI takes a practical, results-focused, scaled-approach through the use of appropriate strategies and tactics customized for the size of the firm and scope of the project. PPI firmly believes in the principles, tools, and techniques of Lean Six Sigma and contemporary process improvement methodology. Our many years of practical experience have shown us that many firms do not have the resources, human and financial, to fully use the complete six sigma DMAIC or DMADV frameworks. We developed this unique approach named Practical Process Improvement ®. Recently a number of companies started to use the term practical process improvement. They may or may not have the specific focus we had in mind when we started this consultancy in 2006. We work with organizations of all size to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of their manufacturing and service processes by use of Practical Process Improvement® tools and methodologies.
