The PPP3CA Hope Foundation is the first parent-led nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and individuals living with PPP3CA — an ultra-rare neurodevelopmental disorder caused by mutations in the PPP3CA gene that can result in severe epilepsy, intellectual disabilities, and developmental delays. Our mission is to raise awareness, support families, and fund cutting-edge research directed toward finding treatment options for PPP3CA. What We Do: Fund Research – We partner with leading scientists and institutions to accelerate research and advance treatment discoveries for PPP3CA. Support Families – We provide resources, community, and guidance for families navigating a PPP3CA diagnosis. Raise Awareness – We work to educate the medical community and the public about this rare and underdiagnosed condition. Build Community – We connect families around the world so no one faces this journey alone. Our ambition is bold: to change the lives of children living with PPP3CA and beyond. Our kids are waiting — and we won't stop until they have answers. Join us. Learn more or get involved at www.ppp3cahope.org.
