PPO Serve is a healthcare management company leading South Africa’s implementation of value-based care for more than a decade. Recognised by the World Health Organisation, we provide the clinical and operational "engine" that empowers multidisciplinary teams to deliver better care at an improved value. Our model prioritises measurable patient health outcomes over traditional fee-for-service volume. By moving away from fragmented care, we help clinicians manage the long-term health of their patients through The Value Care Team (TVCT) - a multidisciplinary programme of GP-led practices. Working side-by-side with over 200 active practices across five provinces, we are rebuilding primary healthcare to be more sustainable and affordable. We bridge the gap between clinical excellence and operational viability for medical schemes, purchasers, and policy-makers.
