Poynter Scifres Companies (PSC) is a commercial real estate development, investment, management and brokerage group controlled by W. James Poynter and Dennis R. Scifres. These recognized commercial real estate professionals have more than 60 years of experience between them in these areas of commercial real estate, including:Developing or managing over 2.7 million sq. ft. of commercial buildings since 1983.Completing over $60 million of office projects since 1997.Investing in numerous income producing properties, along with over 1500 acres of land since 1983.Negotiating over 3.5 million sq. ft. of leases on behalf of portfolio and tenant representation clients.PSC serves as the general partner in its development and investment partnerships. Poynter and Scifres typically invest their money alongside the capital provided by their 3rd party investors. Equity investors include GE Capital, Heller Financial, Realty Capital Partners, Valcor Partners, Sunrise Realty and a number of high net worth individuals. PSC buildings historically stay fully leased (95% or better). This is due to the physical attributes of the buildings and the family type relationship developed with our customers - our tenants. Poynter Scifres Management, LLC (PSM) provides property management services for our portfolio and for third parties. PSM provides cost effective value-added management services through a highly efficient team dedicated to the tenants of each property. Tenant Realty Advisors, LLC. (TRA) provides project leasing services for our portfolio and tenant representation for third parties. TRA works to provide a credit worthy stable rent roll for each project, with an eye to maximizing project value. Representative tenant rep clients include: Analysts International, Norwest Mortgage, Textron Financial, Old Republic Title, USAA Insurance, JP Morgan Chase, Laidlaw, ATE RYDER, Maxim Technologies, Integrated Medical Resources and IntegraCare Holdings in nearly every major market of the United States. PSC Construction Services (PSC CS) provides construction management services for our portfolio and for third parties. PSC CS has managed over $11 million of tenant improvement contracts and $28 million of shell buildings and major re-positioning projects. These jobs ranged from a 900 square foot office expansion for the world's largest wine maker/distributer to a complicated, high dollar, highly classified Federal Government shell building upgrade/tenant improvement project. PSC Financial Services (PSC FS) provides financing services for our portfolio and for third parties. PSC FS has arranged over $25 million of equity and mezzanine financing transactions (private and institutional) and has also arranged over $75 million of interim construction and term loan debt financings of commercial real estate projects, for our portfolio and for third parties.
