PSC Construction Services (PSC CS) provides construction management services for our portfolio and for third parties. PSC CS has managed over $11 million of tenant improvement contracts and $28 million of shell buildings and major re-positioning projects. These jobs ranged from a 900 square foot office expansion for the world's largest wine maker/distributer to a complicated, high dollar, highly classified Federal Government shell building upgrade/tenant improvement project. PSC Financial Services (PSC FS) provides financing services for our portfolio and for third parties. PSC FS has arranged over $25 million of equity and mezzanine financing transactions (private and institutional) and has also arranged over $75 million of interim construction and term loan debt financings of commercial real estate projects, for our portfolio and for third parties.
