PowerUp Games is trying to help the video game industry by: 1) providing quality training to those who desire to enter the Video Game Industry. 2) Eliminating false information about Game Testing 3) Providing a Crowd Sourcing solution of better trained game testers for publishers to use 4) Estabilishing a Crowd sourcing solution for Game Testing so that a large audience can be used when needed. 5) Significantly reducing the costs of Game Testing so that those funds can be used to make better games. To this end, PowerUp Games has organized a group of game testers that want to help publishers make better games, and gain real world experience and training in the process. Publishers use this community to keep pulse on how well their title is doing, reduce costs through simplified hiring, less training, crowdsourcing and other innovative QA solutions.
