Powerlys is the decision infrastructure for European BRP dispatch, validated on live Dutch market data since April 2026. It ingests live market data (TenneT imbalance, ENTSO-E day-ahead, Energy-Charts) and produces 15-minute PTU dispatch decisions: charge/discharge schedules for storage, curtailment for solar and wind, imbalance-aware grid import/export targets, using MILP and CVaR planners tuned to each operator's asset shape (solar / wind / hybrid / battery-only). Built for the 5-50 MW operators who are too large for spreadsheets, too small for in-house quants.
