PowerHouse is a staff augmentation and development shop with a vision to create diverse and talented software developers and help place them into the tech industry. PowerHouse is dedicated to changing the current statistics where only 25% of women make up the local tech industry and 45% will drop out their first year on the job. PowerHouse engages with partner companies who are looking for either staff augmentation or full time placement of women on their development teams. PowerHouse trains female developers and turns them into rockstar talent. By exposing them to a variety of technologies, including business skills, PowerHouse talent is fully equipped to be successful software developers. Developers join the PowerHouse team as paid employees where they are actively developing features and products for our development clients as well as our partners. While working, developers are continuously expanding their skill sets with new technologies.
