Powerhouse Programs Information

Powerhouse Programs runs a variety of programs with Families and Schools. Family programs are designed to make the most of the often difficult teenage years and to bring the father and son relationship closer at this vital stage. Mothers are included in this process and are able to navigate difficulties with more ease and grace. These programs are skill based and heart centered, offering tools to communicate clearly & effectively and how to manage challenging situations. Two hour Parent Evenings called 'Supporting Teenagers' are run in schools to assist parents to understand this teenage transition. From understanding parents can better accept some of the difficulties as quite normal. This is is a great place to explore the best strategies to support our teens. The 7 Keys to Effective Parenting highlights the critical areas in raising teenagers AND the strategies that can be adopted.
