PowerAICorp Information

PowerAI Corp develops sovereign AI data centre campuses in Canada — 100% Canadian owned, with Canadian data residency and legal jurisdiction. Our portfolio spans four sites: owned land in Langley and Fort St. John, BC, and Indigenous-partnered campuses in Saskatchewan and Québec, targeting 300 MW IT in Phase 1 and 1.5 GW at full build-out. Partner Nations hold governance participation and approval rights on partnered projects, with priority hiring, local procurement for Indigenous businesses, and waste-heat reuse for community facilities. Our modular campus standard: 25 MW data halls, 40–120 kW rack densities, liquid-ready cooling, and cold-climate free cooling targeting up to 50% reduction in cooling energy. We also build on-premises AI infrastructure for hospitals and health systems — the compute layer for clinical AI with full data sovereignty.
