Power Properties Ltd. was founded in 1980 by David W. Palmer; a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (FRI) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). These designations represent the highest levels of education in the Real Estate and Property Management fields. That vision of excellence spans two generations as Jamie Palmer now heads Power Properties. Jamie Palmer spent close to a decade learning every facet of the company before taking over as President and Broker of Power Properties in 2011. With three property management teams, plus three more property managers supporting the teams, Power Properties has the work force and backup necessary to make sure your property receives the proper care even when there is an absence due to illness or vacation. Our employees bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the care and management of your home; in fact, the majority of our property managers have over ten years experience and some have two decades of experience. In addition to our front line staff, we have a full time accountant and an accounts payable and receivable department to handle all of the financial recording and reporting for your properties. To ensure your property gets the maximum exposure whether it is for rent or sale we have seven full time, committed and fully licensed Realtors. The bottom line is that we are experienced, dedicated professionals. We know what to do in almost every situation. We know that maintaining a home in good condition and selecting the best tenants is the only way to satisfy our clients. Under our care, your home should increase in value and while rented provide market rental income.
