Power Factor Engineering is an independent testing organization that functions as an unbiased testing authority, professionally independent of the manufacturer, suppliers, and installers of equipment or systems evaluated by PFE. Our lead on site testing engineer, Tahir Mahmood is currently certified by National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in electrical power distribution system testing. Mr. Mahmood has over nineteen years of hands on experience in electrical testing and evaluation of power distribution system according to the guide lines specified by IEEE. Mr. Mahmood has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
