Powell Properties, Inc. is a general contracting firm specializing in residential and commercial renovations. We have handled projects from small repairs to million dollar renovations and are very proud of our track record of quality work and on-time completion. For the past eighteen years we have focused our efforts on the multi-family market helping property managers and homeowner associations restore and maintain the common elements of their property. Prior to that we built new product including single family homes and small commercial buildings. We have been an ongoing business since 1978. Along with our in-house crews, our network of subcontractors consist of people we have worked with for many years. Together, we can handle almost any project.
