Poverty Learning Foundation(PLF) Information

We are an independent think tank working to inspire and inform policy with our unique approach of learning and evolving to respond to the changing times. Our Think Tank comprises of professionals who have done pioneering work in evolving and implementing many change management projects including APRLP(a joint initiative of UK Aid and GoAP). We were also instrumental in, laying the foundation basis for National Guidelines for Watershed, participatory irrigation management and Leading the SHGs movement in United Andhra Pradesh. With a vast experience in government restructuring programmes, we plan to engage in major national and international development processes and invest in generating knowledge, innovations, and solutions for advancing inclusive development.
