Inspire Coaching is a Basel based coaching company that offers the personal touch. We are Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches for teams, leaders and individuals, as well as certified RocheMartin Coaches for developing Emotional INtelligence in Leaders. We offer NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner training. You might be someone finding it difficult to cope with excess pressure in your role and feel the need to become more resilient, OR, someone planning to retire or are losing your role due to company reorganisation, and finding it difficult to handle. My expertise comes from 30+ years of working inside organizations large and small as well as across society at large. I have partnered with leaders at the World Bank, Royal Dutch Shell, the American Nurses Association, the CFP Board, and many others who are striving to create meaningful progress. These experiences have shown me what it takes to move complex systems, unite diverse stakeholders, and deliver real results.
