Potawatomi Training, LLC (Potawatomi Training) was founded in 2007 as a Small Disadvantaged subsidiary of Potawatomi Business Development Corporation (PBDC), an American Indian Tribal (AIT) Corporation. Potawatomi Training's purpose upon its inception was to build upon the Corporation's foundation of over 20 years training various Federal Civilian and Defense customers. PBDC provides Potawatomi Training with the corporate infrastructure, processes, and financial support of a $250M organization, allowing our customers to recognize the benefits of a large organization while still maintaining access to a small and agile Prime. As part of the PBDC family of companies, Potawatomi Training shares common administrative services with sister subsidiaries. This support grants us access to human capital, well-proven processes, and a wealth of knowledge that spans over all eleven companies. An additional advantage of this shared support is shared cost, which reduces our indirects and overall cost to our customers. We specialize in instructional delivery, courseware & doctrine development, technical analysis, information technology, and training & evaluation services for the Federal Government.
