Posterity Capital owns and manages a portfolio of properties that comprise student accommodation, blocks of flats and a neighbourhood convenience shopping centre. Most of our properties are in areas where upgrade initiatives are contributing to urban renewal. Our main objective is to acquire properties in decline and develop or refurbish them into properties that offer value for money accommodation to the individual tenant market.
