Positran designs tools grounded in positive psychology to help organisations build engaged, cooperative and high-performing teams. Founded by Ilona Boniwell, an internationally recognised expert in positive psychology and an affiliated professor at HEC Paris, Positran translates advances in scientific research into practical tools for the workplace. Our mission is simple: to make psychological knowledge accessible and directly usable for professionals who support and develop teams at work. We develop: • team facilitation tools and card-based games • learning resources for managers and HR professionals • training programmes and organisational interventions These tools help organisations address key challenges such as team cohesion, engagement, psychological safety, the quality of workplace conversations and leadership development. Positran’s tools are designed to be easy to implement, structured in their use and grounded in scientific research. Today, they are used by managers, HR professionals, coaches and facilitators who want to develop management practices that are both effective and human-centred.
